My order never arrived. I spoke with the USPS and they admitted they miss delivered or lost my package. They told me there was nothing I could do because your company paid for the shipping! They said your company has to file the claim but yall refused to do so by telling me there was nothing you could do once they showed the package delivered. A complete let down in customer service in my opinion. However, I ordered $150 in more hats to give you a second chance… I pray you get the delivery righ
