The website is easy to use, just wish it would have said that they make the stuff after you order it and has a 10 business day lead time, or maybe they did and I didn't see it. Would definitely order plenty early if it's for a birthday or holiday or something like that. Placed order on the 1st and received it on the 20th. Also would be nice if they had a phone number to contact them instead of just email, some of us are old school and hate computers.

I am so glad I gave this small, american, christian company a chance. They clearly have gone through growing pains as a small business. I'm here to say have faith and take a chance they have taken steps to correct the negative reviews that almost deterred me. There was an issue initially with delivery, but once I reached out their customer service immediately responded to my claim. They escalated the response and a new shipment was sent out! God bless! I was really looking forward to receiving this hat, especially after a longer-than-expected wait. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t what I hoped for. The patch appears uneven and slightly crooked, and the stitching on the side wasn’t what I expected based on the photos. I would return it if I knew how, but the process isn’t clear. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase again.
