Terrible product! None of the 3 jackets I purchased for my kids worked as promised. This Christmas gift was a disaster! The battery didn’t last close to 2hrs, and one didn’t even come on at all. Contacted customer service multiple times, then emailed and never got a response, emailed multiple times more and got one automated, maybe, email out of all the times I contacted them. Even my kids tried. After the frustration of never getting a response from anyone after their allotted 48hrs all I wanted was my money back, they can have the trash product. It may have been a great idea in the beginning but their customer service and help teams are nonexistent! Never got one human response back and 2-3 weeks is unacceptable for anyone who’s taken you money and given you a product they evidently didnt check before mailing to paying customers over the holidays. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint as well. I don’t recommend anyone else trying this company because their customer service isn’t up to par for what you’re paying for!
