I ordered a 360 contour cap. Before purchasing, I contacted HĀNM to make sure it work with low buns. They said, ‘yes’ and that the only way to confirm is by purchasing one. I did exactly that and when it arrived I tried it on. To my disappointment, it doesn’t work with lows buns. I watched all the videos I could find, tied it a different angles. But, no. The tags still being attached and having all the original packaging, I contacted HĀNM to return my order, however they told I can’t return it.
