The return process was unfair. As you loose money on tracked shipping which is necessary. And then if you don’t fold the item correctly then you loose money too. It’s not what I expected at all from I like retailer as there’s a high chance you may return as you’re not seeing the item before purchasing so it may not be right. Returns shouldn’t cost you nearly as much as the item.
