Excellent customer service. I ordered the monitor last year from another company because Magnadyne told me they didn't have any. The other company wound up refunding my money because there were no monitors available anywhere in the world at the time. I'm glad I waited until Magnadyne restocked. Magnadyne's price was much better than the other company and the monitor arrived in a few days. The rep I spoke to at Magnadyne last year was very helpful and courteous.
