Up two days, it got rained on - no storm at all mind you, just rain - and collapsed like it was made out of Chinese packing cardboard. The riveted plastic retention clips that hold the structure together completely failed, allowing the canopy to disintegrate. We never even got to sit under it. Unless serious design changes are implemented, I cannot recommend this canopy brand at all, unless you intend to take it down every time a cloud floats by.

I haven't gotten my order. The carrier's tracking says they lost it. There's no way to contact them for resolution. Their tracking says to contact the shipper. I've sent one email and one contact form and have received no reply from Master Canopy. I'm about to file a chargeback. I really just want what I ordered because it is a specific awning that fits a gazebo I ordered a year ago and the awning fell apart in the weather.
