Initially communication had me wondering what was going on but they came through very well.

Bag was never delivered, despite saying it was delivered. I showed them that they had not entered a delivery address listed on consignment paperwork (just country and state), so how would the courier find me??! Customer service said they would look into it, and get back to me. They has been no contact for over a month, despite repeated emails to them for an update.

My order took several weeks to be received. Once I received it I was very disappointed.

I purchased the Walker Weekend Carry bag and the Simmons Camera Bag. I was disappointed with the delivery time, which was over a month. This was because the Walker was out of stock, however Classy Leather were still advertising the bag and I would have thought it appropriate to add/tag the website saying there was a stock issue. However. customer Support was very good once I made contact.

Good reception but border fees to add and pay before the reception of the item

There were a couple of things. 1. It would be immensely kind if the link with the order number,it actually took me to information about my order and when to expect it's arrival. It's extremely inconvenient to have to copy the order number down so that I can re-enter it. Besides that, I'm really pleased. Thank you.
