I loved the bag when I initially received it. However, within an hour of owning the bag one of the snaps on the handles fell off of the bag. For an item I paid 200+ dollars for I didn’t think that was too promising. When I attempted to return the bag I was informed that “we’re having problems with our returns”. They also suggested they would give me 10% off and I needed to find my own leather shop to get it repaired. After several emails back-and-forth they told me they would give me 30% off.

I ordered this specific bag, but instead, you sent me a cheaper version and then tried to convince me that it was the same one. This is completely unacceptable—I feel deceived and taken advantage of. Not only was I ripped off, but you also attempted to gaslight me into believing there was no difference.
