Itaca è un’azienda serissima, offre filati di qualità eccellente ed è particolarmente attenta al cliente. Una volta, per errore mio, avevo fatto due ordini in un giorno con due indirizzi di recapito diversi… se ne sono accorti loro e mi hanno avvertita. Un’altra volta, a fronte di un ritardo nella consegna, probabilmente per indisponibilità momentanea di qualche articolo, per scusarsi mi hanno inserito un graditissimo omaggio accompagnato da un biglietto di scuse. Che dire? Impeccabile servizio.
