Every time I have ordered it has been satisfactory, but this last order, which I was excited about, was upsetting. I enjoy the scented pomades, but rarely get them due to being out of stock. When the night ops came in a triple pack I was quick to order, but did not get the right order when I received it. This was very frustrating because I had to keep it or be without the product, which had already taken 3 weeks to get to me.
