It’s actually my first time buying in your online store and I am disappointed! The shoes that arrived are used! It shows creases on its sole and can only be observed if it’s used/worn more than once! Big creases that showed repeated use. There’s also some yellowing on the sole. And I haven’t it since I just opened the box. I did not expect this from you. I’m okay with getting the box crumpled, but the shoes? It should be brand new! Feels like I’m unboxing a display item
