Communication around shipping/delivery was untimely and inaccurate. I only received email notification that my order had shipped after I received my order. When I reached out for a status update, I never heard back. I also tried to activate the warranty for a previous Toozey heating pad I had purchased. The warranty says a response will be offered within 24 hours. It's been weeks and I have still not heard anything. I sent an email and completed the contact form on the website.
