I asked for a return/refund on my defective sandals, was told they would talk to their supervisor to see and get back to me. Then decided to send a new pair without discussing and told me I would be happy with my new pair. When I told them I didn’t want a new pair, but a refund instead, they responded by just ensuring that I would be happy. I’m not.

I only ordered a 10.5 pair, which you shipped, but you also shipped and charged me for 4.0 pair. Once I noticed this, I tried to change the order but was not allowed to do so. Then I find out that the only way to return these items (10.5 pair was too wide) is to ship them overseas, at my expense. Nowhere in your happy happy joy joy website does it let you know that you have to ship internationally if you want to return the product for credit, at your own expense. Terrible product & service

Easy to order. The ad says easy returns, but it's not true. You have to pay shipping to China even though the product does not come shipped from China. If you cannot use a product because it's too large, you should not have to keep.
