The first pairs didn't fit and hurt my feet and I wanted a refund, I was told I'd have to pay shipping, or I could give those away and they would ship me my order again in a different size, so after going around and around with other options they kept offering me other offers that went up to 50% off, then was told I paid another 10.00 they would reship my order in another size, they still hurt my feet and have messed up my back alignment
