Even after following the instructions on how to make the slides softer, they were still very stiff and uncomfortable. I contacted Cloudies support and even though I provided pictures and narrative as to why I was unsatisfied and believed the slides delivered to me were defective, Cloudies refused to refund me or remedy the situation unless I returned the defective slides at my own cost to an address overseas. I will never buy from this company again and am writing the Better Business Bureau.

i never received my second order. I live in an apartment complex in which each tenant has his own locked mail box system. I also have the Informed Delivery Service through USPS which sends me a picture of daily deliveries- Again I did not receive any notification.
I contacted Cloudies and basically was told its up to me to find the package at this point. What a disappointment in your customer service. This certainly does not give this customer faith or trust in your company.
