It is taking far too long for you to resolve this issue. You delivered my order to the wrong address, and now you are making the customer wait. Length fit perfectly but the piece that goes over the top of my foot it too tall...when I wear a slide I want it to be snug on my foot...there is about 4 inches of a gap between my foot and the piece going over my foot. Wearing these would be a trip hazard for me
