After initially charging battery's for 90 minutes as implied in the instruction. Also after charging the the left battery has a problem. I also was mislead in your advertising that these were hearing amplifiers. They are not. I would like my money back. Jack newberry 3/15/16

The first order was stolen at the USPS delivery center. This is a new phenomenon in America as our Postal System is gutted by MAGA nut jobs. I recommend switching to UPS who are know for being forthright and honest.
