Although I still feel that they could of been more communicative with us regarding the UPS delays and issues, they did finally get the proper paperwork in that allowed the dress to get to us within a day of the issue being resolved. They also made good on the stress it caused us and we deeply appreciate that. The American political climate is not making it easy for overseas purchases and that is a shame because the quality of the work that the dress is should be accessible to everyone. My daughter can’t wait to be the “belle of the ball” in her gown.

I think the online store is good but it would be nice to have more filters on the website. It would be helpful to have a few more updates on the dress too as it goes from order to being made to sent, especially when the order is received to acknowledge any comments and perhaps open up a channel for any clarifications. I think perhaps the quality of the dress bag sent doesn’t quite match up to how lovely the dress itself is

I have been staring at Teuta Matoshi's dresses for a long time, and finally took the plunge for my wedding dress. I opted to get a custom sized one. I sent in every measurement, and it's nowhere close to what they sent me. I went to a tailor who quoted me at $700 worth of changes, and they had to take the dress in by two inches. So I'm really not sure what size they sent me because my size hasn't changed significantly. There were also a lot of unfinished ends, and looked unpolished.
