Boots are amazing and have been great for recovery. The only downside was the shipping experience. The website advertised same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm, but after waiting two days without a shipping update, I emailed customer support and didn’t receive a response. I was hoping to receive the boots before my weekend race, so the delay was disappointing. The boots eventually arrived 7 days later. Product itself is excellent, but communication and dispatch times could be improved
