Customer service has been this far non-existent. I ordered the larger d-ploy bag by mistake when I had meant to order the B.o.B. (didn’t realise the size difference) I have attempted to call the given mobile number (left a voicemail as no one answered), texted and emailed in order to see how to arrange an exchange and have had no reply over several business days now. Please either answer the phone, respond to the text or emails sent to your team so I can arrange an exchange as per your FAQs.
