The customer service through the website isn't the greatest. No one writes back to my messages. Especially when im having issues with a product. Mind you, when I phoned through to speak to someone, the ladies on the phone were so very helpful. Within minutes my problem was on the way to being fixed. I also think the return process needs to be updated.

Love the watch and the style. However arrived without the plastic or coverings and had a slight scratch on the clasp. Ongoing contact with customer service who agreed that the item should not had been sent in such a state and would source another model from Tag, then from their inventory (of which apparently they had 7) and send me quality photos of the replacement watch.
