I had a 10% coupon off for my purchase, but the code didn't work. When I wrote to you, you agreed to take the 10% off and I got my refund this week. Thanks so much!

I ordered my lamp, a week later you said it was sold out, then in another week you shipped it. While I am happy I was able to get it I am disappointed in the back and forth. And now our lamps won’t connect. Just disappointed in the experience.

I purchased for my mom. She passed away before I could give it to her. I contacted your company. I shipped it back. Its been more than 10 days. Still no refund. I've devastated about my mom and disappointed with your company.

Yes, I bought these so my grandsons and I could keep in touch when I move away. Running on 2.4g is not an option anymore, you should be a little more informative.

It was also a pain when the lamp froze and I had to use customer service via email. I am a very busy full time caregiver and don't have time to keep looking at email. My friend on the other end was unhappy that it wasn't resolved that day.
