Their customer service is terrible and they’ll immediately assign you a shipping tracking number without shipping out your product and won’t refund your money. I’ve had an assigned tracking number for 25 days but my product hasn’t even shipped yet and they won’t refund my money or cancel my order. And any merchandise that’s on sale can’t be returned so it’s a completely dishonest practice on their part. I will have to fight the charge with my credit card company.
