I am raising this to 3 stars per the company's request. I cannot give 5 stars because of the indecent customer service I received prior the correct bag arriving. I was originally shipped the incorrect product and when reach out to, custimer service felt a 10$ coupon was sufficient for a 60$+ bag. I asked for a replacement or a full refund, and finally got the former.
The bag itself was in good quality and exactly as described. I took it to a theme park and it managed to hold up all day without any issues. It holds thick posterboard fine in the pockets to keep pins on fill display. Small plushies were too compressed for display so I recommend only keychains and pins.
