Tracking number was useless. After the initial "it's shipped" notification, the tracking number did not provide any updates whatsoever. It wasn't until after the bag was delivered that I received an email notification and photo evidence of the delivery. It would be nice if the courier would not make it so obvious with the package literally at the top of my stairs...tucking behind the wall and then taking the photo of the delivery would keep curious eyes away. Actual online purchase was fine.
