Second order and everything was perfect

My shopping experience was great, however, the cartridges I ordered in March expire in May. That's unreasonable and indicates that I was sold older cartridges. It is unlikely I will use all 10 cartridges in less than 2 months. Very disappointing.

Emailed them several times they have not got back to me. I need to return my cartridges. They sent me the wrong ones. They were supposed to be for a 20 they for an 11 I was supposed to get 20 cartridges. They only sent me seven and they are wrapped up terribly and unprofessionally I also got an A20 professional Dr. Penn It didn’t have the authentic QR code to scratch off to make sure it was an official Dr pen. It wasn’t even sealed in my research and it’s suppose to have that

This is not a real website. Dr Pen said this is not their order number and I never received my prduct

It has been difficult to get in touch with [email protected] Royal Mail stated that they left a delivery card, but no card was received at the address, and there is currently no way to contact them.

The experience was fine it's just the fact that I have to pay an additional $25 for customs. I realize it's not the company's fault though.

Dr pen store is not real I paid more than 300 dollars for micro needling device but I didn’t get and after several times following up no one care about this issue

Unacceptable Lack of Transparency on Customs Fees I had a terrible experience with this company due to their lack of transparency about customs fees. I placed an order through their website, which was in euros and had a .com domain, giving the impression that the transaction was local. At no point during the checkout process was it made clear that I would be hit with customs fees amounting to 50% of the total order value! Had I known about these exorbitant charges, I would never have placed the order. When I reached out to their customer service, their response was dismissive, essentially blaming me for not understanding their policies, which were buried in the fine print. They offered a partial refund of €50 toward the fees, but that still left me significantly out of pocket. I eventually rejected the package and initiated a chargeback with my bank. It’s unacceptable for an international seller to omit such critical information from the payment page, leaving customers with unexpected and unreasonable costs. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would strongly advise against doing business with them unless you’re willing to gamble with surprise charges.
