Upon placing my order, I received my product in a timely fashion. I also needed to get a full refund and was met promptly with customer service who helped me figure that out. The only negative thing about the refund so far is just the complex instructions and having to pay for shipping yourself. Bigger companies will send you a shipping label. This company will not.
