I consider making pancakes more baking than it is cooking and I stink at baking. I am not good at baking at all but I cook great so everyone tells me but I worked and tried really hard to make them right because your book inspired me and encouraged me to try so never the less my pancakes where all different shapes sizes and colors and I might have gotten only a few really good and decent ones but the taste was good. I live my life as a disabled person with muscular dystrophy so I never give up.
