I want to get this a 100% five star. We knew the company wasn't a scam but we didn't know if we had hit a scamming company due to the fact that we placed an order and had no tracking number and sent several emails for follow up. We had a plan occasion that we have planned ahead of time to use these products and we were unable to do so. No one has responded back to any of our emails however it is during the holiday season and I'd have to imagine they were extremely busy. I will support them
