Side note - the cleaning pack you guys gave me as a bonus for pre-ordering contained a bunch of cleaning wipes that were so old they had lost all moisture in the wet wipes... so they're kind of useless.

Ordered during holiday shutdown so huge delay in processing the order. Would've been nice to be given advanced notice. I only got the message after the order was placed. When I ordered the item was showing as in stock, once holiday shutdown had passes the order stated SOLD OUT. This was very disappointing, EasySMX kept me well informed & allowed me to cancel if I wanted to, I didnt, & I'm glad I didnt. Delivery was very confusing, expected date was 3 weeks away, it turned up after 2 DAYS! :)
