I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I love shopping with MMG at conventions. Getting this one die replaced has been difficult though. It took over a week to get a response to my first email when the website says you usually reply within 24 hours (and I gave it extra time because I emailed on the weekend). I tried commenting on insta and was ignored. Had to send a 2nd email. now I’m getting delivery review emails but never received the replacement. So I don’t know what’s going on.
