I can not rate the product, as I have not recieved it yet. The dice are held by customs and need IOSS number of Misty Mountains to proceed. Yet my request for this sits for a week unanswered and now I will be charged storage fee's by the customs and potentially have to pay VAT again & customs processing on top. I work in customer service myself and going a week without so much as a reply when fee's are involved for the customer is not really a nice presentation of the company. After this experience, I will stay away from Misty Mountain Gaming unfortunately.
