Your site says that you can return the product, but the only way to contact you is to submit a request from your site and no one answers. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers. I would never order from you again and will warn others not to as you dont follow up on your customer service and dont care if a customer is not satisfied, apparently you only care about getting your money and making it impossible for your customers to connect with you.
