Great , came within 5 days of ordering 👏🏻👏🏻

Loving using the mirror, total beginner in exercise, the mirror tracks your movements and gives advice on correcting positions also gives great encouragement. The classes are generally easy to follow - having the instructor in front of you making it easier to follow steps. Would highly recommend.

Whole family loves it

I had to wait 5 weeks for my order to arrive which I was disappointed in as it states 7-10 working days but as soon as I emailed them Paul made every effort in sorting it out, lots of communication so that made me feel better, it’s definitely worth the wait!

Very straightforward to order, arrived well packaged and delivered & unpacked with care by the delivery company.

Easy to purchase and delivery was not too long to wait, i am enjoying the experience of it, would prefer if it also had kettlebell and barbell exercises but it does track when I use barbell for dead lifts.

Love the mirror but does have some tracking issues on some programmes but maybe that’s me getting used to it.

Responds very quickly

We ordered it in Spain and had it delivered there. It took the best part of 2 months to be delivered and we had to pay import duty. UPS left in our garage: there was no ‘white glove’ delivery. They didn’t put it where we wanted nor set it up. And there was no massage gun, which was our ‘free’ incentive for ordering. If you state you can deliver anywhere, make sure you can offer the same level of service!

Smooth from beginning of order to delivery

Purchasing was easy, delivery does take a little longer than I'd prefer, especially considering the cost, which does stop it being a 5 star score. After sales support so far has been excellent though.

Glad I brought the mirror was unsure because of the price but it’s worth it compared to gym membership and you get shown what to do unlike at the gym and if you did it would cost you extra.
