I had queried £50 delivery fee and was advised it was as the service was exemplary and involved unpacking etc. I was handed the box at the door and the delivery man was adamant he was not required to do anything other than deliver. When zi queried he told me to complain if I was unhappy. I did contact your team and was given £25 refund. I believe the full £50 should have been refunded.

Often misses repetitions even when they are spot on. Needs to be more customisable; if you miss a day or put an extra day in or chose a different programme it does not record it. Some of the instructors just read out the exercises rather than work with you as per an instructor in a gym. Some are too fast to alter weights etc. It would be good to program more specific workouts e.g heavy weights fewer reps; this is all set out and cannot be changed. Overall it is good, would just like more option

I LOVE this mirror. I have it mounted into my bedroom wall as not only does it look fantastic the fitness workouts are great. There’s a great range of different types of exercise and the instructors put you through your paces. You can add up to 5 profiles. Both my husband and I love it. We can both exercise from the comfort of home without having to run out to the gym. I definitely recommend this mirror. The customer service team are excellent and super fast at responding to any questions I had.
