We ordered it in Spain and had it delivered there. It took the best part of 2 months to be delivered and we had to pay import duty. UPS left in our garage: there was no ‘white glove’ delivery. They didn’t put it where we wanted nor set it up. And there was no massage gun, which was our ‘free’ incentive for ordering. If you state you can deliver anywhere, make sure you can offer the same level of service!

Smooth from beginning of order to delivery

Purchasing was easy, delivery does take a little longer than I'd prefer, especially considering the cost, which does stop it being a 5 star score. After sales support so far has been excellent though.

Glad I brought the mirror was unsure because of the price but it’s worth it compared to gym membership and you get shown what to do unlike at the gym and if you did it would cost you extra.

The mirror took a little longer to arrive than I expected. I contacted the company to see what had happened to my order. The delivery was then arranged and arrived promptly after that.
