Did not raise oxygen levels. Tried to return they offered us $50 to keep. Asked for return instructions and offered eight five dollars to keep. Ask for return said Everything must be in original packaging and ship back to China and must be returned within ten days. They also charge a sixty one dollar restock fee. They covered themselves because no one could ship back to China in ten days. Save your money!
