I’ve always loved ordering from The Flora. The flower quality is consistently exceptional, with a beautiful selection and prompt service that I’ve come to appreciate. However, this time, I’m quite disappointed with their attention to detail. This order was meant as a gift, and I specifically requested that the recipient not be contacted about the delivery, which The Flora agreed to. Despite this, they called the recipient to inform them about the flowers, which spoiled the surprise.
In the gifting industry, I feel that honoring such instructions should be standard practice, and I’m disheartened by the oversight. I hope they’ll improve their focus on these important details moving forward.
