I was quite caught up during that time and could not reach out to Flora support and gave a feedback on the poor quality or flowers and I honestly thought it's just another review no-one really cares .
However I was truly surprised. I recieved a call from the team trying to understand the issue and act on it . The replacement rajnigandha flowers are lovely
