All the flowers were plucked pre maturely and due to that most of the buds died within a week. And usually when the flowers is delivered they mixed it with bloomed flowers and buds but this time it was only buds and some were so small buds, smaller than a thump. Really didn’t expect this service from your brand. It was a horrible experience
