I have ordered from this company twice. Each time when I needed to return I was unable to because their return window if from date of order, not delivery. The items I ordered can 6 weeks later and no longer fit my growing pup. When I requested return instructions they stated these items didn’t qualify because they determine return eligibility based on order date, not receipt date! Total rip-off company DO NOT order from this company.
