Not good. Slow customer service. I understand it's a small group but I've received three emails to rate my pants I never ended up receiving as I never got a late notice but I got a return notice from Canada post for some reason. I hope this can be reconciled as I really needed some lighter colour pants to work in the sun and my options living up north in Canada are very slim. Not only that the shopping takes a really long time

Returns are a pain. Have to wait for an approval. Now on day 3.

My first order was over $300 and items did not work so I returned and confirmed return was delivered now almost 3 weeks ago yet still haven’t been notified of the return and have not yet been credited. In the meantime, I placed a new order for $287 with items that I love, so my credit card reflects $600 of products. I’d really like my return credit processed.

Love the concept and supporting women driven business and workwear that is more stylish. I like how you feature women of all shapes and sizes. This was additionally why I was surprised the waist was so snug on the jumpsuit.

The sizing guidelines were really helpful AND accurate! The overall experience of searching products, size matching and purchasing was simple and straightforward.

Had some issues processing the refund through the website and it took a bit longer to receive a response to my enquiry but I understand this is normal with a human team! Everything went super smooth after.

Love my construction pants! This is the second pair that I have purchased. I will agree with some other reviews that said the sizing is inconsistent. I bought a size 14 in black about 7 months back which are a larger in general and have a longer inseam. The smaller sizing in the my newest pair in Hunter Green works to my advantage as I prefer them a tad smaller in the hips and do not need to cinch the waist as much (but would have happily taken the extra length!). Note that these are still very comfy and roomy! For anyone unsure of which size to order, the size 12 would have fit me perfectly (at bit fitted but still comfy with amply room in the hips and thighs) but the bum rise was too short! I have an ample butt and hips and I could not sit in them comfortably. The waist cinches allow you take tightening by roughly 2 inches. If you decide to go with a size up the hips will just get roomier and you will have more freedom. These also look great more fitted but be sure check the front and back rise measurements and compare to your own. I live in Canada and the cost to return isnt worth the postage, so I am trying to provide as much helpful info as possible! Height 5'6" Waist 33.5" Hips 42" Weight 163lbs
