After my initial order I was noticing that the journey was taking too long, I reached out and they reassured me if my order wasn't here by the end of the week they would send out another. My post office must have lost it or it was damaged in transit but either way it was not an issue, I had my La La Lips shipment replaced and they never skipped a beat!
