My lip balm arrived damaged in transit, perhaps partly due to inadequate packaging. Although I sent in the attached photos to your Customer Service team, the only way you would issue an exchange is if I returned it to you and paid the return shipping charges myself. I'm very disappointed in this policy. I don't in any case believe that the customer should be responsible for an item they haven't received.
