I tried to support a small business, but it backfired on me. When asked for a refund on the products that didn’t do what they advertised to do, I was told to cover the return cost.
So not only did I spend more than I needed to to skip the shipping fee to try the product, but now I have to spend the actual shipping cost to send it back. Consumer can’t win
