Order wasn't received within noted timeframe on their website. I emailed and sent messages via social media - no response. Only when I did a charge back they got in touch. Never any personalisation to the emails, not providing a name of who I am speaking with. They did eventually offer a partial refund after I asked for a full refund as they had already finally shipped the product. Unfortunately customers remember their experience which supersedes their opinion of the product. Thumbs down.
