The crystals are pretty but they are not identified, therefore you have to guess which crystals they are. I got a lamp to put under a crystal, but no crystal big enough to put on it, so it is useless. Everything is all just wrapped in bubble wrap, it does not look like the beautiful subscription boxes on the website’s pictures. Also, the pictures of crystals make them look very large, but they are quite smaller than what I expected. Plus, the shipping takes way too long and is very expensive!

The customer service is very understanding and accommodating on questions and order information. Somehow 1 of my angel aura quartz crystals weren’t included in my order package delivered plus the free small labradorite and they offered a refund or to resend them. I choose to resend because I really wanted them and they included a small extra angel aura crystal, which was the one I was really wanting. I carry the small labradorite crystal around every day now. Very happy with the outcome!
