If I could give you zero stars I would, after SEVENTEEN emails back and forth over the course of the 3 weeks following you delivering my order a week late, I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund after you stated 3 times that you would be sending me a return shipping label, and a refund, and never sent it.
