I recently purchased a Christmas gift from this company and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I found the return process to be extremely difficult, as there is no straightforward way to initiate a return online. To make matters worse, I've reached out via email multiple times and have not received any response.
I believe that good customer service is essential, especially during the busy holiday season, and this company has fallen short in this regard. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from this company is to think twice. There are plenty of other retailers that value their customers and provide the support needed when issues arise. Avoid this company if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.
